I have received a phone call two hours ago and it was the publisher who gave me a deadline. The good thing is that I will have a goal to work with but the bad thing is that I will have to take it easy with this blog for about 2 months. I hope you guys and girls understand! And I hope you won’t abandon me
I will see you all in mid-February!

My daughter Lara turned 18 and we had a big party! Since it is 18, she got to chose the location and how we would celebrate it. Of course she didn’t think about her old dad’s wallet… :’(
We had a lovely day with a tour, special seating and great food. She had invited some friends and the family, naturally. 20 people enjoying a great day together.
What did we we get her? A horse…

In my experience with Tarot, I have discovered many wonderful delights. Tarots energize and influence the daily happenings of our lives. I have researched just enough to post the details here. Tarot was first used in parts of Italy and Europe around the mid 15th century. It appears that Tarot was mostly used to gain an insight into the present and probably future situations of a subject. They are guided mainly by spiritual factors. Also, they were supposed to be associated with mysticism and magic. The main uses of Tarot have been classified into divination, symbolism, and faith in an Oracle. Tarot cards related to divination or inspiration contain images of fairies, angels, goddesses and power animals.
In my quest for information on Tarot, I have found that there is a variety of Tarot deck cards, each one specializing in a particular custom. The two most popularly used Tarots are,
1. The French suited Tarots
2. The non-occult Italian suited Tarots
The revised edition came up when Etteilla issued a thoroughly revised deck of Tarot cards. These were specifically designed for occult purposes. In the modern day, Tarot reading has been associated with fortune telling, and other imagery.

Tarot Cards
On researching the use of Tarot deck cards, I found that the majority of Tarot practitioners first start with the study of the Tarot cards, meditation and divination. In order to be able to read Tarot cards accurately, we must know what the cards mean and have a clear idea of their significance. Also, we must have a Significator, the person for whom we are reading the Tarot cards for.
There are various methods for reading the Tarot cards; a few of the popular ones are the Celtic Cross method, the Romanry method and the Zodiac method. Using the method we desire, we present the message to be conveyed to the Significator in a tell-tale fashion. And most importantly you must ensure that you end the reading with a positive aspect of the card. Even if a person is not happy with the outcome of his Tarot reading, he can always choose a better outlook to life.
Tarot cards help us find our inner strength and resources so that we understand ourselves better. We don’t need to have psychic powers to read Tarot deck cards; we need the strength and determination to find our inner self. Many of us look at the Tarot cards as a great way to find solutions to our problems, but we must remember that the Tarot does not govern our life. And keep in mind that we will eventually find our way through the dark tunnels of life, as things start to become clearer. It does not really matter if we are unable to comprehend what the cards are trying to tell; all we need is the greater insight into finding and understanding our inner self, and enhancing our inner strengths.
It’s also quite possible that the cards will provide an insight into situations, and help us find solutions to problems that could never be resolved. The faith and trust in own strengths are the essential and basic factors that guide Tarot reading.
