Bruce,
This is an amazing article. I am interested in pursuing studies with runes which I have never pursued before. I am familiar with meditation practices and the length of time and dedication to build strength, is the rune sorcery similar? Can you direct me to some valid sources for study?

That was really interesting Bruce I have runes but I never use them maybe I need to buy a book to read up on them more…can you find any research on Cowie Shells there used for reading and I do know some religions where them around there necks at all times….
